Background Information on HOME OWNER INSTALLS

In September of 2010 the Union of BC Municipalities voiced concerns regarding the new Sewerage System Regulation that replaced the former Sewage Disposal Regulation in May of 2007.
This resulted in government regulation that has allowed more rights for people to deal with their septic systems. A technical paper on the regulations is available upon request.

Although these regulations are confusing, the net result is that a Contractor or Ownerbuilder would end up with a high quality system that would meet regulatory standards while saving a substantial amount of money. We will extend this opportunity based on qualifications from the online form below.
